This is a free, open-source Skill for a dedicated ecommerce Gmail inbox. It combines public storefront information with authorized merchant data to produce auditable drafts, while managing the system prompt, workflow, redacted user memory, and per-category permissions separately. Confirmed onboarding examples and human-edited drafts gradually teach it the operator's tone and handling logic. Only low-risk categories explicitly approved by the store owner can move toward automatic sending.
Install and get started
Run the source installation command, then review the installed files and permissions.

Process only email threads labeled ECS/ToProcess. Stay in draft_only unless automatic sending has been configured, tested, and explicitly authorized through a separate process. Split the message into atomic requests, classify each intent, match every item to the relevant product and complete order, verify current policy and campaign evidence, and then create one clear Gmail draft in the original thread. Never guess an order, inventory level, shipment status, refund, policy, deadline, or permission. Send safety incidents, legal or regulatory complaints, chargebacks or fraud, privacy requests, discrimination or harassment, media inquiries, high-value compensation, identity anomalies, policy conflicts, and any order that cannot be matched reliably to a human. Never request sensitive credentials or expose internal reasoning in the email.
Useful tasks
- Starting the complete onboarding flow in an OpenClaw conversation
- Processing ECS/ToProcess email on a daily schedule and producing drafts for review
- Learning tone and handling logic from recent AI drafts that a human edited and sent
- Reviewing the system prompt, workflow, user memory, and independent category permissions
How to use it
- Use a dedicated support mailbox. During the pilot, create Gmail drafts only and review every one.
- Keep OAuth client files, access tokens, and store credentials out of repositories, shared drives, and chat logs.
- The browser fallback may read only confirmed same-host public pages, must respect robots, and must not sign in, submit forms, add items to a cart, or place an order.
- Public storefront evidence cannot prove customer eligibility or order status.
- Create the scheduled task in a disabled state and run every test case manually before considering activation.
