# Preserve the store URLs and make buying help easier to find

Keep all 13 supplied URLs. The existing Shop, Help and Care guides hierarchy already separates buying, support and product use. Improve the links and navigation without inventing categories, account pages or promotions.

## Navigation specification

Header, in order: logo to Home, Shop, Care guides, Help, Our story, then Cart as the right-hand utility action. Keep the mobile menu keyboard-operable and mark the current section. A small store does not need a mega menu.

Footer groups: Shop links to the catalog and featured mug; Help links directly to Shipping, Returns and Contact; Learn links to Care guides and Our story; Legal links to Privacy and Terms. Keep shipping and returns accessible from every product and the cart, not only through an accordion in the footer.

Help navigation: Shipping, Returns, Contact. Shipping describes costs and timing; Returns describes eligibility and how to request instructions; Contact is the escalation route. Avoid duplicating full policies in the care guide.

Breadcrumbs follow actual parents: Home > Shop > Blue 500 ml mug; Home > Help > Shipping; Home > Care guides > Hand-wash your mug. Parent segments are links; the current page is text. No breadcrumb should imply a nonexistent category.

## Internal links and redirect decision

The downloadable internal-links.csv records every proposed source, destination, descriptive anchor and purpose. Product copy links to shipping, returns and its care guide. The care article links back to the relevant product. Shipping and returns link to Contact where the reader needs help. The cart links to shipping before checkout.

All 13 pages have incoming links in the proposed graph; all destinations exist in the supplied inventory and the longest proposed route from Home is two clicks. These are graph checks of the plan, not an HTTP audit of an implemented store.

No redirect is required: no published URL changes. The inventory identifies no additional legacy URLs, so do not fabricate redirect rules. If an omitted historical URL is later found, map it to the closest equivalent page and verify a single permanent redirect rather than sending every missing page to Home. Navigation changes can ship independently of a URL migration.
