# Reading this process map

This map covers the selected packing-correction cohort. The generator's **Total P50** and **Total P90** labels below mean sums of stage percentiles, not measured end-to-end percentiles. Lane rows group activities by owner; follow stage numbers 1 → 2 → 3 → 4 → 5 → 6 for the actual order. Owners have been expressed as operating roles; durations and classifications are unchanged.

The operational handoffs are order release → picking; packing → dispatch queue; dispatch queue → packing correction; and packing correction → dispatch. Only the first two have separate waits in the input. The latter two have no separately measured queue durations. No additional delay has been invented.
